Firstly may we say a huge thank you to our families and visitors for being so supportive, understanding and patient during the lockdown. As you are aware homes are now able to facilitate restricted visiting to ensure that our residents interact with loved ones again.
As we only received the guidance late last week we have been building this into our policies to ensure we keep everyone as safe as possible so apologies for the delay.
We will be updating our website over the next few days with further information for you to understand before you visit.
The homes will be in touch with the nominated visitors the week commencing 15th March 2021 to assist and diarise the first indoor visits.
We have still been facilitating the outdoor pod visits to allow some contact over the last few months and these have been very well received.
