We love the festive season at Palms Row and the past few weeks have been a wonderful run into Christmas full of joy and laughter.
Our crafters have made an array of beautiful decorations to adorn our homes ranging from wreaths and table decorations to baubles for our lovely log tree and of course our traditional home made Christmas cards for friends and family. Meanwhile, our naughty elf has been running amok at Westbourne House, getting up to all sorts of antics and giving everyone a good daily chuckle.
We have been fortunate to be joined by some excellent entertainment over the past month - with singers exercising our vocal chords and chair fitness sessions to keep us active during these colder, darker days. Our Christmas parties were a wonderful way to come together and celebrate the festive season.
Before the end of term, we were delighted to be visited once again at Northfield by children from Walkley Primary School. Our residents were delighted with the Christmas cards the children made for us and the carol singing was simply beautiful. Many thanks to the teachers who made it possible - it's always a real winter highlight for us.
Our menus are prepared and hair and nails ready to impress tomorrow, so all that remains is to wish our friends, family and followers a very merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year from all the team at Palms Row.
